Meet Opia the Antillean fruit-eating bat, his pronouns are (he/him), and he's a deceased ancestor of Kuya and Nhakia.  During the day, he's pretty much sleeping and resting up his energy but at night he comes alive and wakes up extremely hungry for guava.  Just as fruit bats are one of the largest species of bats in the world, Opia is just as tall as Nhakia or even taller!  Unlike other bats, Opia can't echolocate but he doesn't need to because of his sharp vision.  Fruit bats can see better than any other bat, and although he can see extremely well during the day, Opia chooses to wake up at night.  He's also incredibly intelligent and has long-term memory, which makes him an incredible ally to have.  The symbol he has on his belly is a ceramic plate Nhakia made of him after Opia and they became friends.  He liked it so much that he keeps it on his belly for everyone to see.

Durante el día, prácticamente duerme y recupera su energía, pero por la noche cobra vida y se despierta con mucha hambre de guayaba. Así como los murciélagos frugívoros son una de las especies de murciélagos más grandes del mundo, ¡Opia es tan alta como Nhakia o incluso más alto! A diferencia de otros murciélagos, Opia no puede ecolocalizar, pero esto no es necesario debido a su aguda visión. Los murciélagos frugívoros pueden ver mejor que cualquier otro murciélago y, aunque puede ver muy bien durante el día, Opia elige despertarse por la noche. También es increíblemente inteligente y tiene memoria a largo plazo, lo que lo convierte en un aliado increíble. El símbolo que tiene en el vientre es un plato de cerámica que Nhakia hizo de Opia cuando se hicieron amigos. Le gustó tanto que lo guarda en su vientre para que todos lo vean.
